Easy Peanut Butter Balls

This recipe is perfect for the peanut butter lover in your life. Peanut butter balls are very easy to make using only a few ingredients.

Combine 1/2 Cup peanut butter and 3 Tablespoons of butter in a bowl and stir together until smooth. Slowly add in 1 Cup powdered sugar stirring until it is combined.

Shape the peanut butter dough into 1-inch balls. Place the dough balls onto waxed paper on a plate or cookie sheet. When the balls are all made, Put the plate or cookie sheet into the fridge to chill for 20 minutes. While the dough is firming up in the fridge, place 8 ounces of your favorite chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl and melt in the microwave over several 30 second intervals, stirring between each round in the microwave. Allow to cool slightly. Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate one at a time allowing the excess to drip off. Place the chocolate covered balls onto waxed paper, and return them to the fridge to set, about 30 minutes. These are equally delicious without the chocolate.

Don't forget to involve your children!
