Chocolate Covered Strawberries

For delicious chocolate-dipped strawberries, all you need are:

• strawberries
• milk, dark, or white chocolate chips
• a microwaveable bowl
• a spoon
• waxed paper
• a cookie sheet.

Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Wash strawberries, leaving the stems on. Put chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl and melt in the microwave over several 30 second intervals, stirring between each round in the microwave. When the chocolate is completely melted, dip the strawberries into the chocolate, then set the dipped strawberries onto the waxed paper-covered cookie sheet. Cool in the fridge to set the chocolate (about 20 minutes.)

Don't forget to involve the kids. They can help stir the melting chocolate and dip the strawberries. JUST BE SURE THE BOWL AND CHOCOLATE ARE NOT TOO HOT FOR LITTLE HANDS!
