Shamrock Picture Frame

To make a shamrock picture frame you will need craft foam in different shades of green, scissors, glue, and a photo. Cut a 4" x 6" rectangle from a piece of green craft foam. Cut a circle, oval, square, or rectangle from the center of your rectangle large enough for your photo. Cut several shamrock shapes from contrasting green craft foam and glue the shamrocks onto your picture frame. For a little more pizzazz you can glue on glitter or gems.
