Tiny Leprachaun Hat
These little hats can be pinned on to wear or you can glue a magnet to the back and stick to your fridge.
Cut a leprechaun hat shape from a piece of green felt, craft foam, or construction paper. From a scrap of black felt, cut a small strip and glue it onto the hat directly above the rim. Cut a small square from a yellow piece of felt. Cut a slightly smaller square from black felt. Center the smaller black square onto the yellow square and glue into place. Glue the yellow square onto the center of the black strip on the green hat. This will be the buckle. If you want to you can cut a tiny shamrock from a different shade of green than the hat and glue it onto the hat.
