Shamrock Hat

To make a shamrock hat, first cut several shamrock-shaped "leaves" from green construction paper. Staple or tape each shamrock onto a green pipe cleaner to form the "stem." Tape or staple the other end of each pipe cleaner to a strip of green construction paper. This paper is the "soil" as well as the headband. Cut this strip to the size of your child's head and staple shut.
