Photo Cards
Postcards: If you need a postcard, all you need is a photo and a pen. Write a message and address on the back of a photo and stick a stamp on. Voila! A personal, fun postcard.
Greeting Cards: Cut 8.5''x11'' cardstock or other sturdy paper in half. Fold each half in half again to form two blank cards. Next, let that imagination of yours go wild! If you feel your imagination has dried up, ask your kids. It is amazing the things they think up.
Design ideas: You can take one photo and glue it on a card, or use lots of photos and cut out fun details from each one to make a collage. If you are sending a card to someone out of state, take pictures of buildings or scenery that say something about where you are. Try taking photos of your children making letters with their bodies and spell something out with each picture. Or better yet, give your child a disposable camera and let them make cards with the pictures they take. The possibilities are endless here, so have fun.
